Please note: the following information will be used for printing name tags and your business/product profile in the programme for buyers. Please be sure to check spellings and contact details carefully!

A copy of this document will be sent to you on completion.

As an eXplore Show 2026 exhibitor I understand and agree the following:

• I understand my attendance is with approval of my local RTO only.

• I have read the Exhibitor Prospectus and understand the inclusions and cancellation policies.

• As an Exhibitor, my contact details will be shared with the buyers and other exhibitors attending the event.

• I am willing and able to work with Tourism Trade and will be communicating rates and commissions with attending buyers.

• I have the appropriate registrations required under Worksafe NZ to operate my Tourism business.

• Unless otherwise advised by my RTO, they will invoice me $1320+gst Exhibitor and Admin Fee, $150+gst for an additional delegate if requested, plus any additional exhibiting costs (as advised my RTO) for payment due 20th March 2026.

• I understand in order to exhibit I have to display an official 'eXplore Show banner' for my business and there is additional cost for this as outlined in the 2026 prospectus.
